BIS/BISS CH Chatelet's Kickoff ROM HOF   BORN: January 24, 1982 "Boot" finished his championship with group placements while still a puppy.   He was specialed by Miss Rose Thurston until the spring of 1987 when he returned to the Lukes.  Boot has an impressive show record: he was in the SCA Top Ten for 8 years, and during that time he gathered 2 all-breed Best in Shows, 10 group firsts, 38 group seconds, 33 group thirds, 28 group fourths, and one Specialty Best of Breed.    He is a Canadian champion with group placements in Canada from the classes.   Except on rare occasions, Boot was always owner handled, making him one of the breeds top owner-handled dogs.  Boot is the sire of several champions and has his ROM (Registry of Merit), including multiple group placers.  He also sired brains, as well as beauty, having more than one pup with a performance title, one obtaining a High in Trial at the Schipperke Club of America's National Specialty in 1988.
